Mark has studied martial arts and other Daoist Practices for most of his life. His primary focus is Wudang Meditation which encompasses multiple Daoist practices, both moving and still. Stillness cultivation is the primary method for calming the mind and turning attention inward. Practitioners learn to sit quietly, reducing stress, improving their concentration, in order to deepen their meditation experience. Both still and moving practices are aimed at cultivating the bodies vital energies and achieving harmony with nature "the Dao". The core principle is Inner Alchemy, "Nei Dan",
which focusses on transforming and refining The Three Treasures, "Jing"- Essence, "Qi"- Energy, and "Shen"- Spirit.
